This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and how you can control it. We aim to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, to the extent they apply to us.

Contact data

When you fill in an enquiry form on the Site, we collect the details you choose to give us:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your WhatsApp number
  • Any message you write to us (optional)

We do not offer user accounts and we do not take payments on the Site, so we do not collect passwords or card details here.

Business data

To understand your requirements, our forms also ask for:

  • Your website URL
  • The service you need, such as SEO, SEO content, Google Ads or Meta Ads management, backlink outreach or ad scriptwriting
  • Your approximate monthly budget (optional)

If you become a client, we may also receive business information needed to deliver the work, such as access to your website, analytics or ad accounts. That information is handled under our agreement with you and kept confidential.

Technical data via analytics

Once configured, we may use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the Site. This may collect limited technical information automatically, such as:

  • Resend – delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox by email
  • Vercel – hosts and serves the Site
  • Google – provides Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, where enabled

These providers may store or process data on servers outside India. We share only what they need to do their job.

We may also disclose data if required by law, a court order or a government authority.

The Site links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any working relationship that follows. If we do not end up working together, we will delete or anonymise your details within a reasonable period, unless we need to keep them for legal, tax or record-keeping reasons.

Client invoices are kept as long as Indian tax rules require.

How we protect your data

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including secure (HTTPS) connections, limited access to enquiry emails and trusted service providers. However, no method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
